Vaccine helps brain cancer survival
For many cancer patients, the hope is to stay one step ahead of their disease in time to grab onto a new therapy. That seems to be the just case for a group of patients battling the deadliest form of brain cancer. An experimental vaccine is already helping them beat dismal survival odds – and now scientists think they’ve found a way to make it even better (NBC News).
